Quando è nata Homely?

Ad inizio 2024 abbiamo deciso di acquistare una piccola e malandata casa e ristrutturarla totalmente, adeguandola al meraviglioso palazzo barocco di inizi '900 nel quale è collocata e renderla funzionale per chi ha necessità o piacere di soggiornare a Catania.

A fine 2024 abbiamo concluso la ristrutturazione radicale, con impianti a norma, finiture di pregio e arredamento leggero e moderno. Da novembre 2024 ospitiamo turisti, lavoratori, studenti e tutti coloro che vogliono godersi la città senza doversi privare del comfort di casa propria.

At the beginning of 2024 we decided to buy a small and run-down house and completely renovate it, adapting it to the wonderful baroque palace from the early 1900s in which it is located and making it functional for those who need or like to stay in Catania. At the end of 2024 we completed the radical renovation, with compliant systems, fine finishes and easy, modern furnishings. Since November 2024 we have been hosting tourists, workers, students and all those who want to enjoy the city without having to deprive themselves of the comfort of their own home.
